Redpath's 9100E Ecoshelter®
Arch has proven itself to be a most efficient and dependable structure.
Popular for pork, beef and bird production, the 9.1m (29'11") series is
simple and speedy to construct whilst also offering a very high environmental
living standard for livestock.
The 9.1m (29'11") arch roof trusses are manufactured
from strong box section RHS steel. This is roll formed by a computer
controlled steel section bender, giving great accuracy and strength to
the design.
The 9100E series is clad in super long-life heat-reflective
Duraflex or reinforced sheeting. The cladding is fastened to the
structure with Redpath's patented aluminium lockstrip or Duralock 2 film
holding system.
All posts and footings are hot-dipped galvanised
and coated for resistance to animal effluent and all structural connections
are fully bolted for long-life and straightforward construction.
The 9100E Arch design may be constructed on a post
sidewall height of up to 3.5m (11'6") which improves the internal above
head workspace available.
